Upon completion of any new dwelling or substantial addition, the contractor must file an RBES Certificate (attached) with the State and Town. New dwellings on a TOWN road require a Selectboard approval on the driveway entrance by submitting an “Application for Driveway from TOWN Road. New dwellings on a State road must apply to the VT Department of Transportation for access from a State highway before construction.
